Shipping Policy

Digital Delivery

All e-stamp papers are delivered digitally — no physical shipping is involved for standard digital orders. You receive your e-stamp paper as a downloadable PDF within 1 hour of order confirmation during operational hours (8:30 AM – 11:00 PM).

Orders placed outside operational hours are processed the next operational day starting at 8:30 AM.

Physical Delivery Options

If you opt for physical delivery of your printed stamp paper, the following charges apply:

• Free shipping for orders exceeding ₹499 and all online prepaid orders
• ₹39 for orders below ₹499
• ₹99 for cash-on-delivery transactions

Physical items will be delivered within 2–7 working days. All delivery estimates are provided in good faith but remain provisional. The exact delivery date may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

International Delivery

We do not currently offer international shipping. Our services are available exclusively within India.
