Cancellation Rights

Digital Products
As e-stamp papers are government-issued digital documents, they cannot be returned or exchanged once issued. Please ensure all details — state, denomination, party names, and purpose — are correct before placing your order.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered in the following cases:
- The order was not delivered within the stated timeframe
- A technical error on our platform caused an incorrect stamp to be issued
- The order was cancelled within the 14-day cancellation window (for physical goods)
Products eligible for return must be:
- In original packaging
- Not personalized or made to your specific requirements
- Not perishable or expired
- Not inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
Refund Process
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or confirming eligibility. Refunds are made using the original payment method at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping
For physical returns, customers bear responsibility for return shipping costs and risks. We recommend using an insured, trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be issued without proof of received returns or actual receipt of goods.
